Accounting 4 Business was formed in March 2006 by Steve Bicknell and Nicky Charles. Our focus is on Small Businesses and Start Up Companies, providing a full range of Accounting and Tax Services.  Accounting 4 Business also provide Outsourced Payroll, Company Secretarial and Consultancy Services to larger businesses. Meet our Team

Steve Bicknell is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with over 25 years experience in finance. He has held positions such as non-Executive Group Finance Director of the George & Harding Construction Group and prior to that served as a Director of Sunseeker and ITE Training.

Steve is in charge of Sales and Marketing in Accounting 4 Business and also has special responsibility for technical issues.

Nicky Charles worked as a Management Accountant for the George and Harding Group and also for Sunseeker.

Co-founder of Accounting 4 Business, Nicky is responsible for our back office team, looking after work allocation, team management, training and recruitment.

Kate Bicknell has been a Director of Accounting for Business since it was set up in 2006. Having worked as a BAe Systems accounting analyst for 10 years, Kate has a good knowledge base and is in charge of Business Administration at Accounting 4 Business.
