As soon as you have decided to start a business you will need to open a business bank account. Most banks offer Free or
Low Cost business banking but there are usually restrictions in the small print.

If you need external finance for your business, you will need to prepare a Business Plan, setting out your objectives for
the business and how you intend to achieve them.
We can prepare basic cash flows for £100 plus VAT and complete business plans from £250 plus VAT and have achieved a 100% success
rate in obtaining finance for our clients.
Cash Flow forecasts will be needed to ensure that your business can afford to meet its commitments.
If you lend money to your business you will be entitled to tax relief on the interest you pay and but you should protect your loan
to a limited company by registering your loan as a Debenture at Companies House.
